Our Commitment to Privacy

We design our tools with privacy by default. We do not sell student data, and we do not use student creations for advertising purposes. Our goal is to provide a safe, experimental lab where students can learn AI without compromising their personal identity.

Guardian Details

Name, email address, billing information, and communication preferences used for account management.

Child Details

Full name (or alias) , School name and grade level.

Data Security

We use industry-standard protocols to protect your information. Checkout is SSL encrypted, ensuring financial details never touch local app storage.

Third-Party AI Tools

Students interact with trusted AI models through API-based integrations. We avoid exposing personal identity and enforce educator-guided workflows.

Parental Rights & COPPA

Parents can review, delete, or refuse further data collection anytime by contacting our privacy team. We align our practices with COPPA principles for child data protection.

Multiple week discount

Families enrolling for multiple weeks receive preferred pricing and a more continuous learning experience for their child. Must be applied when weeks are booked together.

Refund policy

  • 14+ days before start date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per registration to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
  • 7–13 days before start date: No cash refunds will be issued. However, you will receive a 100% tuition credit valid for one year toward any future Kreators Lab workshop or summer camp.
  • Less than 7 days before start date: No refunds or credits will be issued. At this stage, resources have already been committed to your child's spot.

Cancellations by Kreators Lab

If a session is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or facility issues):

  • You will receive a 100% full refund including all fees.
  • You will be notified at least 3 days prior to the start of the session.
